1. Who we are

2. The service

ViralGrow helps you discover content trends, generate short videos with AI, and publish them to social accounts you connect. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing content before it is published, including content published automatically by autopilot.

3. Subscriptions and credits

Access requires a paid subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at purchase unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your store account settings. Each plan includes AI credits for the period; unused credits do not roll over and expire at the next credit grant. Credit packs are consumable and non-refundable except where required by law or store policy. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

4. Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of content you upload (logos, product photos, clips, voice). You grant us a license to process it to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and to any person appearing in it. Do not upload content of other people without their consent. If you create a voice or face presenter from your own likeness, you confirm it is you.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use ViralGrow to create deceptive, illegal, hateful, sexual, or infringing content; fake reviews or testimonials presented as real customers; impersonation of real people or brands; or content that violates the rules of the platforms you publish to. AI-generated videos may be labeled as AI-generated when published, following each platform's rules.

6. Connected accounts

When you connect TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or YouTube, you authorize us to publish on your behalf and to read basic performance statistics. You can disconnect at any time in the app. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms.

7. Brand deals

ViralGrow can match creators and brands. Agreements, deliverables and payments between creators and brands are between those parties unless stated otherwise in the app.

8. Disclaimers and liability

We do not guarantee views, followers, sales or any result. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can delete your account in Settings at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

10. Changes and law
