Data we collect

• Account: email, name, Apple or Google account identifiers.
• Profile: your role, niches, goals, ad style preferences, brand kit (logo, colors, tone, website).
• Content you upload: product photos, clips, voice samples, and the videos we generate for you.
• Connected accounts: access tokens (encrypted), handles, and post statistics from platforms you connect.
• Purchases: subscription status from Apple/Google via RevenueCat (we never see your card details).
• Usage analytics: in-app events via PostHog; device push token for notifications.

How we use it

To generate and publish your videos, personalize trends and recommendations, measure performance and improve what we make for you, provide support, prevent abuse (for example, one free preview per device), and process subscriptions.

Processors

We use service providers to run ViralGrow: Cloudflare (hosting, storage), AI providers for scripts, voice and video generation, Pexels (stock media), RevenueCat (subscriptions), PostHog (analytics), Expo (push notifications), and the social platforms you connect. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting your account in Settings removes your profile, uploads, generated videos and connected-account tokens within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to processing, by contacting support@viralgrow.app. If you are in the EU/UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

ViralGrow is not intended for anyone under 16.
